  I've always had great service with this post office. The people have always been friendly and the service rather quick. They have even let my little ones use the potty when we have been caught out. Issues we've had with carriers have been resolved, albeit a bit slowly at times, and that is why a 4 instead of 5 star.

  I would give them zero stars if I could. I called about a problem with my package that was sent their for a friend and the lady was just rude. She thought I was crazy for even asking a question. She didn't help me or even try to fix the problem. They are also now charging people extra money for the package. My package was supposed to go to their house but it went to the post office instead and now for my friend to pick it up he has to pay money to get it . I would recommend using other post office near by to send your mail or packages too.

  The worst postal service I have ever had in any state, city I have lived in. Packages lost, never delivered. Hold mail and other on line features never get to them. They say the try to deliver packages but nobody came to my door all day. I was here waiting. UPS never has a problem. They leave my delivery ever month. This is awful. I cannot select how I want amazon to deliver my packages so I am left with problems whenever amazon ships usps. I know my one email won't make a difference but someone has to say something.

  Lady carrier was suppose to deliver 2 packages, but only delivered one package, then later in day she claims no one was home when she attempted to deliver the package and she left a notice...Both Lies!! Now I have to make a trip to the post office to get my package....I called the wake forest post office but only get answer machine saying to call the 800 number....ALL LOSERS!!! Post Master and carriers are paid way too much money for poor service. I see there are many complaints about this post office and yet they still have losers running it....What a waste. We deserve better service for our money. If you cannot do the job you can always become a greeter at Wal-Mart....If you can handle smiling and saying hello, but that also may be too much to ask of you!
